Hello from across the pond!
This is a journal for you to record your adventures. It will also be a place for friends and family to post notes to you for your reading pleasure on the road.
We heard you arrived there safely & we're so happy to hear that. We hope you're already having a wonderful time, and feeling at home in your temporary home-away-from-home.
Things here are pretty much the same as usual. Today, I think the kids and I are either going to go visit the animals at the zoo, or see what new discoveries we can make at the science museum. It's hot here. You will probably be happy to know you're avoiding the heat. Well done in that regard!
We created this blog for you to be able to record your memories and also to communicate with family & friends. Please feel free to invite whomever you'd like to read it. I probably will keep it private for now, if that's okay with you? You should be able to log in and post new posts directly to the page. I made the blog header just for you! Please upload pictures, tell us about what you see, hear, smell, taste, etc...if we can't be there to experience it in person, at least we can travel vicariously with you! As you can see - I've included a couple of pictures for you from our blogging launch pad.
